Christina Young Consulting

Meet Christina
As a leader in education and mental health, I value wellbeing, collaboration, workplace learning, and meaningful action. I draw on over 15 years of experience as a team leader, certified coach, licensed professional counselor, and program planner/facilitator to support personal and professional growth and organizational learning. I help leaders and teams leverage their emotional and social intelligence in order to cultivate a healthy and productive culture at work and reach their full potential.

I am a researcher and practitioner of professional learning and leadership development, focusing on how middle leaders engage in shared leadership and workplace learning and the role of peer coaching in learning leadership.
What I Offer
I am the director of school counseling and health education at a leading independent school. So, I am selective about my partnerships and projects. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you in an initial consultation to see if I am the right fit for your needs at this time. I will partner with you and/or your organization to design and facilitate programming that brings out the best in your leadership and teams. Currently, I offer:

-
Experiential workshops where participants learn and practice foundational coaching skills that develop deeper connections and stronger communication and leadership skills.
-
Short term coaching packages for individuals and/or teams using the NBI thinking preference assessment, designed to cultivate social intelligence and insights in leadership and team performance.
-
Coaching for young adults and professionals with ADHD through my partnership with Hallowell Center NYC
